We uphold the principles of creating a friendly workplace environment, ensuring employee safety, order to provide employees with a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

Our company upholds the core philosophy of respecting employees and implementing a people-oriented approach, fostering a dignified work environment. We support and adhere to the spirit and fundamental principles of human rights protection as enshrined in international human rights conventions, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.Our human rights policy applies to all levels of our operations and employees. We also expect our suppliers and partners to adhere to the spirit and fundamental principles of this policy, and to work together to continuously improve and enhance the management of human rights-related issues, striving to eliminate any human rights violations.

We prohibit human trafficking, child labor, sexual harassment, and other human rights violations. We do not discriminate against employees in any way based on race, class, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, place of origin, birthplace, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, facial features, disability, zodiac sign, blood type, union membership, or family status. We foster a diverse, open, and equal workplace environment.

We prohibit forced labor and comply with relevant laws and regulations on occupational safety and health. Through safety and health work, education and training, we care for the physical and mental health of our employees, improve and enhance the safety and health conditions of the working environment, reduce the risk of occupational hazards, and provide employees with a safe, healthy, and hygienic workplace environment.

We care about and manage issues related to employee labor rights and interests, and implement communication between labor and management to protect and enhance employee rights and interests through collective bargaining, regular labor-management meetings, and providing channels for employees to file complaints or make suggestions.

In accordance with the Labor Standards Act, our company has established "Work Rules" that outline reasonable employee welfare measures. In addition to general benefits such as labor insurance, health insurance, group insurance, and retirement benefits, employees also receive company-provided benefits including annual bonuses, performance bonuses, long-term bonuses, and employee health checkups. Our company has established an Employee Welfare Committee to enhance employee well-being, including regular domestic and international trips and employee family days.

The company's retirement system is based on the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Pension Act.

The Company has established a Labor Retirement Reserve Supervisory Committee in accordance with the law. The committee contributes 2% of employees' monthly gross payroll to employee retirement funds. These contributions are deposited in a dedicated account at the Bank of Taiwan Co., Ltd., and the committee oversees the accumulation and expenditure of the retirement fund. As of now, the accumulated labor retirement reserve fund is sufficient to cover the labor retirement fund. With the approval of the competent authority, contributions to the labor retirement reserve fund may be suspended.

For the employees qualified for retirement, the payment of their pensions is based on their service years and average wages of the six months prior to the retirement. For the service years within 15 years (inclusive), two bases are given for each full year of service rendered; for the rest of the years over 15 years, one base is given for each full year of service rendered. The total number of bases shall be no more than 45. Employees who have served for less than six months will be counted as six months, while those who have served for more than six months will be counted as one year.

Since July 1, 2005, the new labor pension scheme has been implemented in accordance with the law. For employees covered under the new scheme, the Company contributes 6% of their monthly wages to their individual labor pension accounts managed by the Bureau of Labor Insurance. Employees can voluntarily contribute to retirement funds within 6% of their monthly salary.

To provide employees with an "equal, diverse, and secure" workplace, we have established comprehensive work rules, labor contracts, and reward and disciplinary systems to protect their rights and interests. We also implement diverse hiring practices and fair compensation and promotion opportunities to ensure that employees are not discriminated against or treated unequally based on gender, age, or nationality.
